We would like to introduce the Hungarian synagogues with their pictures on these pages. Click on the city name on the left side, and you can read about each synagogue, yet most of the text in Hungarian only. We are working on the remaining English translation.

If you have any pictures (photo, old postcard) of Hungarian synagogues, please send us a scanned picture to help us build a more complete database!
